This course builds on students’ prior knowledge of functions and deepens their understanding of rates of change. Students will tackle problems that involve both geometric and algebraic representations of vectors, as well as lines and planes in three-dimensional space. They will expand their knowledge of rates of change by exploring derivatives of polynomial, sinusoidal, exponential, rational, and radical functions, applying these concepts to model real-world scenarios.
